YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ESG SPECIALIST:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of environmental, social, and governance performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and development.
* Develop and implement ESG policies, procedures, and programs that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements such as Vendor Code of Conduct and data collection for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and decision-making to initiate development of a Net Zero Roadmap for achieving net-zero emissions.
* Monitor and report on key ESG performance indicators, tracking progress towards established goals and targets.
* Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, investors, and community partners, to foster transparency and accountability.
* Stay current on emerging trends, regulations, and standards related to ESG issues, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ESG SPECIALIST:
* Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in ESG management, preferably within the manufacturing and distribution industry
* Strong understanding of environmental regulations, social impact metrics, and corporate governance principles
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement ESG strategies that drive measurable results
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and communicate complex data effectively
* Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ESG concepts to both internal and external audiences
